Shipping

We ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
UK orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.
We roast to order and aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is on its way.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, customs).

We offer a 30-day returns policy. You may return unopened products in their original, resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, please contact us via the Contact page with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide a returns label or instructions.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.
We may refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions (e.g. opened or used products, or returns initiated after 30 days).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and, where appropriate, cover return shipping.
